While Briefcase Parent Solutions'™ practices and presentations help transfer knowledge and tools necessary to help your working parents achieve a better balance and higher productivity, coaching takes this one step further. It provides support for each individual to fully integrate their learnings and to take action in a structured and accountable manner. Briefcase Parent Solutions'™ coaching programs effectively deliver the 10 practices and 30 intentions in Briefcase Moms in three distinct group coaching programs or via a customized work-life solution.

Each of the coaching programs covers:
  1. Discover Your Passions and Priorities: Practices 1,2,3
Participants uncover their true desires, wants and goals, and start simplifying and setting the stage to create a balanced life.
  2. Build Your Balance Foundation: Practices 4,5,6
Attendees learn how to create a balanced foundation for their life so they can reach new heights feeling confident and supported. Remember, the stronger and deeper the foundation the taller the skyscraper.
  3. Success Is in Your Balance: Practices 7,8,9,10
Participants learn how to accelerate and sustain their success while enhancing their quality of life.
Your organization can choose from:

Coaching Clinics
This coaching program includes a series of 10 face-to-face clinics for groups ranging in size from 10-30. The program can take place over a day and a half, 10 days or 10 months. Each 90 minute session focuses on integrating and learning one Briefcase Moms practice, i.e. Simplification and its corresponding intentions, i.e. Take Care of Mom, Share the Daily Dance, Eliminate the Stressors. The sessions are interactive and involve assessments and exercises. Each participant receives a copy of Briefcase Moms, the Briefcase Moms® Workbook and a subscription to the Briefcase Moms® online newsletter.

90 Days to a Balanced Life
This teleseminar series includes 9 one-hour group conference calls during a three-month period. The ideal size of the group is eight to 12 to enable a high level of participation and coaching. Participants can learn from the comfort of their own office or home. Calls are scheduled once a week during the first three weeks of each month. Each call focuses on a Briefcase Moms practice and the accompanying intentions. The sessions are interactive and involve assessments and exercises. Each participant receives a copy of Briefcase Moms, the Briefcase Moms® Workbook and a subscription to the Briefcase Moms® online newsletter.

Work-Life Balance Makeover Program
This coaching program includes the same content as the 90 Days to a Balanced Life program, the difference: the timing of the delivery and the depth of the learning. This program consists of two, one-hour group teleconference calls per month for 10 months. Each month focuses on one practice from Briefcase Moms. The first call of the month delivers content, the second call provides coaching support to ensure the balance skills are being fully integrated by each participant. This is further supported by access to the coaching gym - once a month four hours is booked off in Lisa's calendar to take one-on-one calls with participants to further their learning. The optimal group size for this program is eight to 12 individuals. Each participant receives a copy of Briefcase Moms, the Briefcase Moms® Workbook and a subscription to the Briefcase Moms® online newsletter.

"I have one word to describe "90 Days to a Balanced Life" - empowerment. The feeling that I can do it. A sort of organization of my thoughts, needs, wants, goals. A sense of community with the others in the group as if we are all in this together and the encouragement to move forward. I'm learning that it is not unrealistic for me to want the things that I want in my life and for me to want to eliminate certain stressors in my life. I'm learning how to create the life I want and not feel guilty or too idealistic."
